I presently coach women online and in person using a holistic approach. I draw on the knowledge and experience that I have gained from my Mental Health, Physical Rehabilitation and Energy work background. You will leave my sessions incorporating Cold Water Therapy, Qi-gong and Dietary Support feeling less stressed and more healthier and happier.
About me
I am a fully qualified and insured Cold Water Therapy, Qi-gong & Dietary Support Coach with over 20 years experience. I have worked within a wide range of professional settings, including the NHS, council run organisations, the voluntary sector and within my own private practice.
