I empower women both online and in person using a holistic approach. I draw on the knowledge and experience that I have gained from my Mental Health, Physical Rehabilitation and Energy work background. You will leave my sessions incorporating Qi gong, Cold Water Therapy and Dietary Support feeling less stressed and more healthier and happier.
About me
My name is Lisa Proudfoot and I am a fully qualified and insured Qi gong, Cold Water Therapy, and Dietary Support Coach with over 20 years experience. I have worked within a wide range of professional settings, including the NHS, council run organisations, the voluntary sector and within my own private practice.
